I brought my Tesla here a few years ago for ceramic paint protection and window tinting, and I'm back today with my new Mercedes for window tinting. Once again, it’s been an amazing experience! These guys are the real deal. The dealer dropped off our car for PPF and ceramic coat. Paul and Sandra went through the car with the most detailed eye. They picked up some small blemishes and damage on the wheels. They took pics of everything and discussed all the findings with me and the dealership. They continued to get the work done and walked us through the whole process and kept us in the loop throughout.
Their bays are super clean so you know any detail work will be contaminant and dust free. I detail my cars for fun and I wish I had a bay like their work bays in my own garage. Everyone was super friendly and willing to explain every step of the process regarding the work being done on a car.
I looked around the bay area for a place that would care about my car more than me. I have found that place. Whether it's your daily driver or a hyper car, they treat you as their top client.

I got the mini detail package for my new Honda Civic and I was very satisfied. I even pointed out minor tree sap spots and a grease stain on the car seat and both disappeared as if they never existed. Would come here again when my car needs some more TLC.
I happened to know this place by Tesla recommendation. I'm very cautious whenever I need to deal with a new shop like this. Especially, big company like Tesla suggests. But as soon as I visit this place, I was blown away! They are very friendly, thorough and professional. They never push me any additional service, just explained me about the product in detail. I'll do another tint here soon. (Windshield and my wife's car)

The DoubleTake Auto Spa team was very responsive and provided quotes via email. I was concerned with the unique wrap and age of my car for a 5-year ceramic coat. They were able to assess my car and assured me they job could be done.
I added an interior wipe down and vaccum, which they completed spectacularly.
The reservation process was smooth and even completed earlier than they originally quoted me.

My wife and I took our Tesla Y to DB Take Auto and we could not be happier. The service and communication from Sandra to David to the tech was simply put phenomenal. Sandra was easy to work with regarding the estimate and scheduling. David has such a personable character that he made us feel very well taken care of. His knowledge about the service DB Take Auto has to offer was absolutely incredible. The techs attention to detail is very apparent as our car looked practically brand new. I got the interior exfoliation detailing in December of 2021 and I could not have been happier. They were so thorough, and the interior of my car looked brand new. After they were done, they let me inspect the car to see if there was anything else that needed to be addressed. Never have I ever been asked to inspect the car to see if it was up to my standards. The staff is so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and had impeccable customer service. They owners had a flat tire that day and were a little late to my appointment, however, they apologized and gave me a discount for the inconvenience which was amazing! I would never go anywhere else is the bay area to get my car detailed and I am excited to take may car back this week.
This has been by FAR the best auto detail shop I have been to date, and I have been to dozens of them over the years. The service was absolutely immaculate, extremely professional and the staff were practically family. Sandra was so amazing she made me feel involved and welcomed through every step, and fought like a lioness to get my insurance to cover the paint damages of my car. I don't think I could recommend this shop enough, if you're in the Bay Area and you need your car paint corrected, detailed, film wrapped, ceramic coated or more, PLEASE PLEASE go to them, I can GUARANTEE they'll take extremely good care of you and you will NEVER be disappointed!! My experience with Double Take Auto Spa was Amazing! The staff there went over and beyond for me and my car. My car looked brand new inside and out! Sandra and her team were amazing! They take pride in their brand and will go above and beyond for their customer’s experience. They were able to accommodate me with a weeks notice. I have already referred a few co workers to get their PPF done at Double Take. Was very impressed by the transparency and recommendations as well as the completed product! What did it for me was the video of the Model S track car that they did!
One evening I was scrolling through Instagram and came a across an ad from DTA of a video reaction of the owner Ezekiel (CM Autohaus) R33 GTST that had just gotten detailed. It caught my attention and soon after I decided to do some research on DTA . I found they have been in business for many years and have a reputable reputation. Everything checked out and I felt comfortable taking in our R33 GT-R in for a free estimate. We arrived for our estimate and met with Sandra and David. Sandra was friendly, punctual, and honest. She never made us feel pressured to get anything and had answers to all our questions. David was friendly, professional and an amazing teacher! He showed us the difference between the different stage levels of paint correction and how this would look like on our car. They made us feel very comfortable leaving our car in their care. We felt good knowing that he and the team would take the upmost care of our car. We left our car to get paint correction, ceramic coating, and PPF installed on our car. It was a big project and took the team a week to complete. Sandra would send us pictures and text updates throughout the week.
Man o man was it worth the wait! We were unable to pickup the car when it was ready and Sandra was kind enough to hold our car and let us pick it up at the end of the week. When my dad and I arrived to pick it up, we were surprised!! What a transformation! We were speechless and couldn’t believe our eyes. Seeing the glistening midnight purple paint under the shop lights. It literally looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor in 1995. The PPF installation was incredible and we can’t even see the seams! The ceramic coating and paint correction brought our cars paint back to life. Overall, I can’t recommend DTA enough! They’re true professionals and know what they’re doing! From the day we took our R33 GT-R in for an estimate to the day we picked our car up it was such a great experience and we look forward to bringing our future toys to get protected and pampered by the best in the Bay Area!

Thanks Double Take Auto Spa for their amazing service on my 2013 Ram. I was able to get thousands overs what I was willing to let it go for with how like new they were able to make my truck look. It’s like coming out of magic shop as if it ever happened. The wow factor feeling was genuinely real. Now first off I’d like to thank Sandra, Chris and the amazing crew for working on my car during an emotional time. I’ve recently broke up with my long term ex and didn’t have the time to take care of my Tesla nor did I know how to… Sandra was very informative and she knew what to do in every aspect of the cleaning process.
